Hotel Key Card Lock System

RFID guestroom access with compatible reception equipment.

RFID room access and reception equipment

KEYPLUS hotel key card systems combine guestroom locks, compatible RFID cards, a card encoder and management software. The range supports a familiar reception-led experience, from issuing a guest credential to using it at the room door.

HT-L2, HT-T1 and HT-S20 offer different hotel-lock formats for hospitality interiors. Compatible front-desk equipment connects the chosen lock family with guest-card issuance and the selected staff-access functions.

Guestroom access for hotel teams

Guest credentials

Compatible guest cards carry room and validity information through the selected hotel-system workflow. They provide a familiar entry method without requiring every guest to use a smartphone.

Reception equipment

The encoder and management software support card issuance at reception. The equipment proposal identifies the components supplied with the selected lock system.

Staff credentials

The selected system provides staff-credential options for hotel roles such as housekeeping and maintenance, with permissions arranged separately from guest access.

Alternative entry

Mechanical-key backup on relevant hardware provides an authorized alternative entry method. Battery service and emergency-access information form part of the product's operating documentation.

Hotel card-lock designs for your guestrooms

HT-L2, HT-T1 and HT-S20 provide distinct appearances for hotel guestrooms. Each lock is paired with compatible cards and reception equipment in the selected system configuration.

Room cards connect reception with the guestroom

RFID guestroom access combines a physical card with permissions issued through compatible reception equipment. The selected system connects the guest's stay with the room-entry experience.

Room and stay permissions

Compatible software and encoding equipment associate the guest credential with its room and validity period.

Changes during the stay

Room changes, extensions and replacement cards follow the procedures available in the selected hotel-system configuration.

Staff access arrangements

Hotel RFID card-system questions

What equipment is needed beyond the locks?

A typical equipment set includes compatible RFID cards, an encoder and management software with the required front-desk workstation. Additional devices depend on scope.

Can an offline lost card be canceled instantly?

Not necessarily. An offline lock needs the supported update or replacement-card procedure before a permission change can take effect.

Can the system connect to our PMS?

PMS connectivity depends on the named software, available interface, licensing and selected hotel-system configuration. It is a separate integration enquiry.

Which hotel lock models should we compare?

HT-L2 offers a slim panel, HT-T1 a compact design and HT-S20 another guestroom-card format. Door dimensions and the selected system influence the final choice.

Can cards also open lifts or shared areas?

Yes, where compatible readers, controllers and software are included in the project. Guestroom-card supply alone does not provide those additional access points.

How do we plan a refurbishment?

Refurbishment suitability depends on existing holes, door dimensions and panel coverage. Sample hardware and reception-equipment information support a staged replacement enquiry.
